By accessing, browsing or using our website to purchase any item or to order our services, you agree to our terms, conditions and disclaimers. Pick-Me Flowers may amend its terms and conditions from time to time and all amendment will come into effect immediately. Your continued use of our website after amendment, constitutes your agreement to abide by and to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

General Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, PickMe Flowers accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered in connection with the use of our website or for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit or otherwise howsoever beyond the cost paid for those goods.

Pick-Me Flowers will try its best to deliver any product within the time frames indicated however we cannot guarantee delivery of any product if the recipient refuses to accept the gift, the address provided is not correct or complete, the recipient is not at the address specified or it is deemed unsafe to enter the property. If the recipient is not at the address specified when the delivery is made, PickMe Flowers will do its best to leave the product in a safe place. If we do leave the delivery in what we believe to be a safe place, we will not be liable if it goes missing or is lost or damaged.

In the extremely unlikely event  that a product cannot be delivered, then it will be brought back to our shop or to our agents premises and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time and date. The customer will remain responsible for the cost of all deliveries. The second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.

PickMe Flowers cannot accept the cancellation of any order that has already been made up or delivered. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up PickMe Flowers will accept cancellation and provide a full refund in most cases. In the usual event where an order or service has required special stock to be brought in to satisfy that order, then the cost of the stock may still be charged to the customer.

PickMe Flowers may, depending on the circumstances, refund the price of the product. We may also be able to offer other solutions such as resending the product or resending an alternate gift of the same value. This will be determined on a case by case basis at our complete discretion.

Export Conditions & Restrictions
PickMe Flowers are unable to export botanical products due to Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries regulations and restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CLOSED UNTIL WED 9th MAY FOR SHOP REVAMP. NO DELIVERIES AVAILABLE UNTIL THEN. Thank you for your understanding. Regular Hours: 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
